Speech Pathologist, Speech Therapy Pediatric - Springbrook, PRN, Day

Conduct initial and re-evaluations of speech therapy patients, interpreting results for assessments of speech/language, cognition-communication, oral motor, voice, and swallowing. Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the patient's age, educational level, and cultural background, revising goals and interventions based on progress. Provide direction and mentorship to Clinical Fellowship Year Candidates, Speech Language Pathologists, students, and therapy aides while coordinating interdisciplinary care. Deliver patient and family education regarding diagnoses, progress, and long-term outcomes. Document all assessments, planning, treatment, and discharge in compliance with chart review audits and departmental policies.
