Conduct initial and re-evaluations for pediatric speech therapy patients, interpreting results across speech/language, cognition-communication, oral motor, voice, and swallowing domains. Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's age, educational level, and cultural background, revising goals and interventions based on progress. Provide supervision and mentorship to Clinical Fellowship Candidates, SLP students, and therapy aides while coordinating interdisciplinary care. Deliver patient and family education on diagnoses, progress, and long-term outcomes, ensuring all assessments, planning, and treatment documentation comply with Joint Commission guidelines and departmental policies.
