Job Summary
Direct and administer speech therapy to individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; develop, implement, and evaluate individualized therapy plans; coordinate with physicians, directors, and caregivers; review medical records and evaluations; ensure accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance; provide education to patients, families, and caregivers; work within a multidisciplinary team in various locations including Clearwater and Tampa area.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology
- One year’s experience as a Speech Therapist
- Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist
- Must be willing to travel between programs in Clearwater and Tampa area
