Speech Pathologist

Assess speech and language skills, development, articulation ability, and voice disorders of assigned patients. Review medical history, perform evaluations, and determine therapy needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient therapy plans while coordinating modifications with the Director of Clinical Services and client's physician. Instruct clients, family members, and caregivers to maintain or acquire optimal functioning levels. Document comprehensive evaluation reports and record assessments, interventions, and patient changes per physician orders and company policies. Maintain HIPAA compliance and a safe patient environment. Requires current state licensure, a Master's degree, and one year of experience. Full-time position with salary range $83,200 to $104,000. Travel as needed.
