Speech Pathologist PRN Plan 1

Assess patients, identify the level of acuity of illness, and plan treatment programs for communication disorders and related oral and pharyngeal competencies. Implement and direct the treatment program while applying principles for prevention, identification, evaluation, and rehabilitation. Requires current Florida Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license; BLS certification preferred. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred. Background screening through The Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required.
