Job Summary
Coordinate consultations and diagnostic evaluations for patients with communication disorders and oropharyngeal dysphagia across neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric age groups. Plan and perform speech-language pathology treatment interventions to restore function and prevent disability. Interpret assessment data and supervise rehabilitation technicians, students, and observers, including providing orientation and ongoing guidance. Deliver services as a PRN provider at Piedmont Henry Hospital, with a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC certification, Georgia licensure, and BCLS required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders from an accredited graduate school
- CCC - Clinical Speech Pathologist from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Licensure by the Georgia Board of Examiners of Speech/Language Pathology
- BCLS - Basic Life Support through AHA or ARC
