Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and implementation for infants, children, adolescents, and seniors while supervising support staff and students. Deliver education to patients, families, and peers across departments, and actively participate in patient team and family conferences to foster positive professional relationships. Manage discharge planning, post-discharge recommendations, and individualized treatment plans, ensuring all documentation in the EMR accurately reflects data, actions, and patient responses. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, safety protocols, and departmental productivity goals through timely reporting and training completion.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Current license in the state of Arizona
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- Fingerprint Clearance Card application number
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Understanding of computers
- Competence in using computers and basic software programs
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year experience in area of specialty
