Job Summary
Provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders as a part-time Speech Pathologist. Must adhere to state and federal regulatory license and certification guidelines. Key responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, documenting treatment outcomes, instructing support staff, supervising assistants, and performing job-related duties as assigned. A Master's degree and state licensure are required, along with CPR or equivalent certification.
Required Qualifications
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' speech language pathology experience
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
