Job Summary
Speech-language pathologist responsible for implementing standards of care for speech-language pathology services and adherence to the Service Agreement. Responsibilities include evaluating patient function, identifying communication deficits, establishing goals and care plans, completing recertifications and documentation (including OASIS), instructing patients and families, recommending communication devices, updating plans as needed, communicating progress to physicians and care teams, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and agency policies. Requires collaboration with family, physician, and other staff, and maintaining clinical notes and progress reports. Must maintain current ASHA CCC credentials, state licensure, and CPR certification; prior clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology is required. Apply via Indeed or LinkedIn.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Meets education and experience requirements for ASHA CCC
- Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the practicing state
- Certified to practice Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum of one year clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CPR certification
