Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based, life-changing therapy in homes, schools, via telehealth and the community. Manage a caseload you enjoy using clinical observations and assessments to help NDIS participants get more out of life. Flexible schedule with options for full-time or part-time work in a hybrid model combining home, clinic, telehealth, and community settings. Requires current Speech Pathology Australia membership and prior experience as a Speech Pathologist; strong time management, proactive mindset, and genuine passion for working in the disability sector. We offer support, supervision, PD opportunities, and a clear career pathway within AAA and MedHealth.
Required Qualifications
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
