Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Speech Pathologist needed to support participants across the Newcastle and Hunter region in both clinic and community settings. Manage a varied community-based caseload across homes, schools and outreach, working with individuals from infancy to adulthood to address feeding, early language, dysphagia, AAC and general communication. Conduct observations and standardized assessments to develop participant-centered goals and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve communication, participation and independence. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; caseload tailored to experience and goals. Flexible work hours with a mix of home, community visits and access to office/clinic spaces. Includes professional development, supervision, and career pathways across Ability Action Australia & MedHealth.
Required Qualifications
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership with SPA
