Job Summary
Speech Pathologist for Mass General Hospital, an inpatient adult team. Provide swallowing, speech-language, and communication interventions to adults with complex medical, neurologic, oncologic, and surgical disorders in acute care. Join a 16+ inpatient SLP team, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to patient advocacy and hospital-wide initiatives. Requires master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, MA license or CCC-SLP eligibility, and BLS; 4x10-hour days with weekend coverage; onsite at 50 Staniford Street, Boston MA.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-language pathology/Communication disorders
- MA State license, or eligibility for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) - American Speech Language Hearing Association
- BLS Certification
- 1-2 years experience preferred; acute hospital experience preferred
- Availability to work 4 x 10-hour days, including weekends
