Job Summary
Provide quality clinical care activities for pediatric patients (birth to 21) within the scope of practice defined by the state of Florida and the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team at the hospital and/or outpatient care centers, demonstrating competency in evaluation and treatment using value-based care and evidence-based practices. Receive clinical review by the Rehab Regional Manager. Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree, ASHA certification within 12 months, Florida licensure, and feeding experience. Full-time 40-hour schedule Monday through Thursday (9-hour days) and Friday (4-hour days). Salary range $37.07 to $59.32 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology
- Certification as a SLP by the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association (ASHA) within 12 months of employment
- Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of Florida
- Feeding experience
- Excellent command of the English Language
