SPEECH PATHOLOGIST-HOME HEALTH PRN

Design and execute treatment plans for patients with cognitive, language, swallowing, and oral motor disorders based on assessment findings. Evaluate cognitive, communication, and swallowing skills across all ages, then educate patients and families to achieve maximum independence. Document assessments and interventions accurately and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and case reviews. Supervise students as needed while adhering to safety policies, National Patient Safety Goals, and confidentiality standards. Requires a Master's in Speech Pathology and Licensed Speech Pathology certification.
