Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data for patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders. Identify trends in physical and emotional parameters, review treatment plans to modify programs, and instruct patients on monitoring skills and practicing new techniques. Maintain documentation in compliance with legal, policy, and administrative regulations. This part-time role supports home health and hospice agencies across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington, serving diverse communities with personalized in-home care.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
