Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data for patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders, identifying trends in physical and emotional parameters. Review treatment plans to modify or write new programs, instruct patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills, and maintain documentation per legal and administrative regulations. Provide speech therapy services in-home across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington. Requires Master's degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time day shift with 8-hour schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
