Job Summary
Provide in-home speech therapy services to patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders. Conduct assessments, document therapy data, review and modify treatment plans, and maintain compliance with laws and establishment policies. Instruct patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills; perform other related duties as assigned. Requires a Master27s Degree (or foreign equivalent), active state licensure as a Speech Pathologist, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license; ASHA CCC preferred. Vaccinations as required by Adventist Health and E-Verify participation apply. In-home care across California locations (Day shift, Full-time).
Required Qualifications
- Master27s Degree or foreign equivalent required
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice required
- CPR or BLS certification required
- ASHA CCC preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
