Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data for patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders. Identify trends in physical and emotional parameters, review treatment plans, and modify or write new programs as needed. Instruct patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills while maintaining all required legal and administrative documentation. Provide services to patients in-home across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington. Requires a Master's degree, state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- Acknowledge that you have accessed and read the E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices and understand the contents therein
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
