Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data related to patient assessments, care needs, interventions, and outcomes. Identify changes and trends in physical and emotional parameters, then review treatment plans to modify or write new programs. Instruct patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills while maintaining documentation required by law and policy. Requires a Master's degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Based in Angels Camp, CA, this role supports home health and hospice agencies serving the community across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
