Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data for patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders while identifying trends in physical and emotional parameters. Review treatment plans to modify or write new programs based on individual performance, instruct patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills, and maintain all documentation required by law and policy. Provide personalized in-home care across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington, adhering to Adventist Health's vaccination requirements and E-Verify participation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
