Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data for patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders. Identify changes in physical and emotional parameters, review treatment plans, and modify or write new programs as needed. Instruct patients on monitoring speech skills and practicing new techniques while maintaining legal and policy-compliant documentation. Requires Master's degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role based in CA-95373 with Adventist Health.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
