Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data regarding patient assessments, care needs, interventions, and outcomes. Identify changes in physical and emotional parameters, review treatment plans to modify or create new programs, and instruct patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills. Maintain documentation according to legal, establishment, and administrative regulations while performing other assigned duties. Requires Master's degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Located in Tuolumne, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
