Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data related to patient assessments, care needs, interventions, and outcomes. Identify changes and trends in physical and emotional parameters while reviewing treatment plans to modify, change, or write new programs. Instruct patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills, maintaining documentation per law and policy. Requires Master's degree, state licensure, ASHA CCC, and valid driver's license. Full-time role in The Dalles, Oregon with mandatory vaccinations and E-Verify participation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- OR-SLP
- WA-SLP
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
