Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data for patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders, while identifying trends in physical and emotional parameters. Review and modify treatment plans based on individual performance, instruct patients on monitoring speech skills, and maintain documentation per legal and policy standards. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requires Master's degree, state licensure, ASHA CCC, and current CPR/BLS certification. Full-time role based in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- OR-SLP
- WA-SLP
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
