Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data, identify trends in patient parameters, and modify treatment programs as needed. Instruct patients on monitoring speech skills and practicing new interventions while maintaining legal and policy-compliant documentation. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requires Master's degree, state licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and valid driver's license. Full-time role with on-call rotation available.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- OR-SLP
- WA-SLP
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
