Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data related to patient assessments, care needs, interventions, and outcomes. Identify changes in physical and emotional parameters, review treatment plans to modify or write new programs, and instruct patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills. Maintain documentation as required by law, establishment policy, and administrative regulation. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Requires a Master's degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- OR-SLP
- WA-SLP
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
