Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data, identify trends in patient parameters, and modify treatment plans based on individual performance. Instruct patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills while maintaining all required legal and administrative documentation. Provide speech, language, or swallowing therapy services to patients in the home health setting. Requires Master's degree, state licensure, ASHA CCC, and valid driver's license. Full-time role in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- OR-SLP
- WA-SLP
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
