Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data for patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders, identifying trends in physical and emotional parameters. Review and modify treatment plans based on individual performance, instructing patients on monitoring techniques and practicing new skills. Maintain all documentation required by law, establishment policy, and administrative regulations while performing other assigned duties. Requires Master's degree, state licensure, ASHA CCC, and current CPR/BLS certification. Full-time role in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- OR-SLP
- WA-SLP
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
