Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data for patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders. Identify trends in physical and emotional parameters, review treatment plans to modify or write new programs, and instruct patients on monitoring speech and practicing new skills. Maintain documentation per law, policy, and administrative regulations while performing other assigned duties. Requires Master's degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and OR-SLP/WA-SLP facility licenses. Full-time role in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS or AHA-CPR or ARC-CPR
- OR-SLP
- WA-SLP
- Receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable
- Acknowledge that you have accessed and read the E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices and understand the contents therein
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
