Job Summary
Assess and document speech therapy data related to patient assessments, care needs, interventions, and outcomes. Identify changes and trends throughout physical and emotional parameters. Review treatment plans to modify, change, or write new programs. Instruct patients on ways to monitor speech and practice new skills. Maintain documentation as required by law, establishment policy, and administrative regulation. Requires a Master's degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Located in Twain Harte, CA, Adventist Health offers personalized in-home care across California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
- Speech Pathologist licensure in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Valid Driver's License (DL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- E-Verify participation acknowledgment
Desired Qualifications
- American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
