Job Summary
Build capability and confidence across key speech pathology areas including fluency, literacy, social communication, swallowing, and feeding. Conduct speech and language assessments on clients across the lifespan and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions. See clients in clinic settings and visit the community, including homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities. This graduate program offers a slow ramp-up with lowered impact targets for the first year, paired with dedicated weekly supervision. Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) OR eligible for the same upon completion of a university degree in speech pathology
- Valid drivers licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
