Job Summary
Graduate Speech Pathologist program-based role based in Robina, QLD. You’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 across a varied community caseload, delivering language, mealtimes & feeding, dysphagia, aphasia, and AAC therapies in homes, day centres, parks and clinics. Responsibilities include completing meaningful assessments, designing practical therapy plans, building long-term relationships, and working within a supportive multidisciplinary team. The program offers a graduate induction, 1:1 supervision, structured 6-month induction and ongoing upskilling, paid study leave, travel reimbursement, flexible hours, KPI-driven goals, and national opportunities across 30+ locations. Qualifications include Speech Pathology credential (graduating 2026 or Jan 2027), driver’s license and own vehicle, and necessary background checks (NDIS/WCC/Police) or willingness to obtain. Required Qualifications
- Speech Pathology degree or qualification
- NDIS, Working With Children Check, Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- NDIS participant-based community practice experience preferred
- Graduating 2026 or January 2027
- NDIS experience or willingness to obtain
