Job Summary
Graduate Speech Pathologist program across multiple Queensland locations (Chermside, Ipswich, Springwood, Stones Corner, Sumner) delivering community-based therapy to NDIS participants aged 6–65. Areas include Language, Mealtimes & feeding, Dysphagia, Aphasia, and AAC. Role involves autonomous diary management, delivering functional assessments and practical therapy plans across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces, and working with a supportive multidisciplinary team. Program features a structured induction, 1:1 supervision, 6 months of induction and upskilling, flexible hours, KPI-driven progression, travel reimbursement, and national opportunities. Minimum requirements include a Speech Pathology qualification (graduating 2026/Jan 2027), driver’s license and own vehicle, NDIS Worker Screening, WWC Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
