Job Summary
Graduate Speech Pathologist program based in Canberra offering community-based therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces. You’ll support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years with language, mealtimes & feeding, dysphagia, aphasia and AAC, conducting meaningful assessments and designing practical therapy plans. Work within a multidisciplinary team with strong supervision, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for travel across national locations. The role emphasizes participant-led therapy and autonomy over your diary, with 1:1 discipline-specific supervision, a structured induction, paid study leave, travel reimbursement, and a pathway to national opportunities. Qualification required: Speech Pathology degree (graduating in 2026 or January 2027); driver’s license and willingness to obtain necessary checks (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, Police Check). Hybrid remote work options are available, with a strong emphasis on flexible hours and adapting to community practice settings.
