Job Summary
Provide speech-language pathology services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; and delivering compassionate care within a leading national rehabilitation organization. Required qualifications include state licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR (or within 30 days of hire); master’s degree preferred (or bachelor’s with field experience). The role supports growth and ongoing education within Encompass Health’s supportive, patient-centered environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
