Job Summary
Evaluates, assesses, develops, and administers personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifies issues and modifies speech therapy treatment as necessary; tracks and documents patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrates patient victories and supports ongoing communication improvement; requires current state licensure or certification and CCC; CPR certification within 30 days of hire; Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with field experience; employed by Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, with opportunities for career growth and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with field experience
