Speech Pathologist - FEES Specialist

Conduct FEES diagnostics and short-term therapy for dysphagia patients in physician offices, clinics, and nursing homes, or specialize in therapy alone while another colleague performs FEES. Utilize the Dysphagia Systems Test to evaluate muscular, neurological, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and cognitive systems, then present customized diagnostic profiles with diet and therapy recommendations to the care team. Deliver both on-site evaluations and tele-therapy services through a specialized portal for quarantined patients. Complete pre/post educational self-assessments to document ASHA-required skills and maintain competency through mentorship, weekly team calls, and online CE content.
