Job Summary
Perform FEES diagnostics and short-term therapy for dysphagia patients in physician offices, clinics, nursing homes, or via tele-therapy. Utilize the Dysphagia Systems Test to evaluate muscular, neurological, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and cognitive systems, then present customized diagnostic profiles and recommendations to the care team. Deliver ASHA-standard diagnostics while maintaining work-life balance through flexible part-time or PRN schedules. Complete required certification and mentorship programs to build clinical expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Completion of Certificate of Clinical Competency
- At least 5 years experience in long-term care following completion of CFY
