Job Summary
Conduct dysphagia diagnostics and short-term therapy in physician offices, clinics, or via teletherapy, utilizing the Dysphagia Systems Test to evaluate muscular, neurological, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and cognitive systems. Present customized diagnostic profiles with diet and therapy recommendations while collaborating with the patient's care team. Specialize in FEES performance or focus solely on therapy based on role preference. Complete ASHA-standard training through mentorship, weekly team calls, and online CE content, with tuition waived for long-term commitment. This position offers part-time or PRN flexibility with health, dental, and vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Completion of Certificate of Clinical Competency
- At least 5 years experience in long-term care following completion of CFY
