Speech Pathologist - FEES Specialist

Conduct FEES diagnostics and short-term dysphagia therapy in physician offices, clinics, or via tele-therapy. Utilize the Dysphagia Systems Test to evaluate muscular, neurological, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and cognitive systems, then present customized diagnostic profiles with diet and therapy recommendations. Collaborate with the patient's care team to establish realistic goals and functional management plans. Complete pre/post educational self-assessments to document ASHA-required skills and join a mentor program with weekly team calls.
