Job Summary
Conduct dysphagia diagnostics and short-term therapy in physician offices, clinics, or via tele-therapy, specializing in FEES and the Dysphagia Systems Test to evaluate muscular, neurological, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and cognitive systems. Present customized diagnostic profiles with diet and therapy recommendations while collaborating with patient care teams. Perform endoscopic swallowing studies using provided equipment, supported by a mentor program, weekly team calls, and online CE content to meet ASHA standards. This role offers part-time or PRN flexibility with a pay system rewarding strong customer relationships, health, dental, and vision benefits, and zero tuition for training upon commitment to the mentorship program.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Completion of Certificate of Clinical Competency
- At least 5 years experience in long-term care following completion of CFY
