Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients in inpatient rehabilitation, identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment, celebrating patient victories along the way. Requires active state licensure or certification, CCC, CPR within 30 days of hire; commonly requires a Master's degree (or Bachelor's with field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience
