Job Summary
As a Speech Pathologist at Encompass Health, you will evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language rehabilitation treatment plans for patients, identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and track patient performance and progress. You will celebrate patient victories and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment within the nation’s largest rehabilitation company. Qualifications include current state licensure or certification, CCC certification, CPR either on hire or within 30 days, and a Master’s degree preferred (or a Bachelor’s degree with field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
