Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language therapy treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrate patient victories while supporting growth opportunities within a national inpatient rehabilitation organization. The role emphasizes licensure compliance, CCC certification, CPR readiness, and a strong foundation in evidence-based, patient-centered speech pathology care within a leading rehabilitation company.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.
