Job Summary
Speak to your patients’ communication needs as a Speech Pathologist at Encompass Health. You’ll evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation; identify issues, modify therapy when necessary, track patient performance and progress, and celebrate patient victories along the way. This role requires current state licensure/certification, CCC eligibility, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a preferred Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with field experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
