Job Summary
Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment, celebrating patient victories along the way. Requires state licensure or certification, CCC certification, CPR (or within 30 days of hire), and prefers a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
