Speech Pathologist

Job Summary
Speech Pathologist responsible for evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues, modify therapy as needed, and document patient progress to celebrate treatment victories within Encompass Health’s national inpatient rehabilitation setting. Requires state licensure and CCC; CPR either already obtained or to be completed within 30 days of hire; Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience). Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- CPR certification (required or within 30 days of hire)
