Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, and implement personalized speech-language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify therapy as needed; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented inpatient rehabilitation team at Encompass Health, a national leader in post-acute care, with opportunities for professional development and ongoing education. The role requires state licensure/certification, CCC, CPR (or within 30 days of hire), and typically a master’s degree (preferred) with strong commitment to patient-centered care and measurable outcomes in speech and language pathology.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
