Job Summary
Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary; track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment; celebrate patient victories along the way; role supported by benefits including tuition reimbursement, 401(k)/stock purchase plans, health plans for full- and part-time staff, PTO, and CE opportunities; part of Encompass Health, a leading inpatient rehabilitation provider with a national footprint; join a team focused on compassionate care and measurable patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CCC certification preferred or required
- CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master's degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with field experience
