Job Summary
Speech Pathologist at Encompass Health provides evaluation, assessment, and development of personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs; identifies and modifies therapy as needed; tracks and documents patient performance and progress; celebrates patient victories. Requires state licensure or CCC, CPR timing, and typically a Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s with relevant clinical experience. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
- Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience
